Last Pink Saturday in July

This is my favorite daylily. It is called the Catherine Woodbury. It is truly a gorgeous ballet pink with lime-yellow throats. The only drawback to this stately beauty is the fact that she is a daylily and hence each blossom only lasts one day. Enjoy! Make sure you visit all the other Pink Ladies exhibiting today, this the last Saturday in July, hosted by Beverly of How Sweet the Sound.

Wow, one day, huh? That means I could plan nothing all day--just sit and look at the blossom! Happy Pink Saturday!

Happy Pink Saturday, Meg! Such a pretty lily and so short lived. My son-in-law brought my daughter some cut lilies and they last almost 2 weeks before the blooms faded. Might that work for your? <--lily novice.

Have a lovely weekend!

Cold, dark, misty in my neck of the woods. My perennials are hiding and I am wearing a sweatshirt. Coming here today made my day a little brighter. Thanks so much.

I'm a little late with my Pink Saturday visits because I had my grandsons for the weekend and couldn't tear myself away from them☺

♥Wishing you and yours a week full of happiness♥
